This Privacy Policy describes how Alumni Interactive ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the ConverterXCore iOS application. Please read this policy carefully.
1. We Do Not Collect Your Data
Alumni Interactive does not collect, receive, store, or have access to any personal data, user data, or file content from users of ConverterXCore. The App is designed with a strict privacy-first, zero-data-collection approach. Everything you do in the App stays entirely on your device.
2. No Data Is Transmitted
We do not transmit any information from your use of ConverterXCore to our servers or to any third party on our behalf. We have no ability to see, access, or retrieve:
- Any files you convert (images, video, audio, or documents)
- Your conversion history or activity
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information
- Your device usage patterns within the App
3. No Data Is Saved by Us
Alumni Interactive maintains no database, log, or record of any kind relating to your use of ConverterXCore. Any data stored by the App (such as conversion history or preferences) is saved locally on your device only and is never sent to us or accessible by us in any way.
4. Security
Because we do not collect or store any user data, there is no data held by Alumni Interactive to protect. All file processing occurs on-device and never leaves your phone.

6. ConverterXCore Mobile Application — Detailed Breakdown
This section applies specifically to users of the ConverterXCore iOS application ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store.
On-Device Processing — We Never See Your Files
ConverterXCore processes all files (images, video, audio, and documents) entirely on your device. No files are ever uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. We do not have access to, and never receive, the content of any files you convert. Your conversions are completely private and invisible to us.
Data We Collect — None
Alumni Interactive collects absolutely no personal data through ConverterXCore. Specifically:
- No user data is collected — we do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or any identifying information.
- No file data is collected — we do not save, log, or have access to any files you convert or have converted.
- Conversion history is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any server.
- App preferences (haptics, appearance) are stored locally using Apple's standard UserDefaults and remain on your device.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
ConverterXCore offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. When you make a purchase:
- Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never receive your payment details.
- RevenueCat receives a purchase receipt solely to validate your subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
- A randomly assigned anonymous customer ID is created by RevenueCat to track your subscription status. This ID is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any personal information.
Advertising
The free tier of ConverterXCore may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Pro subscribers see no ads. Alumni Interactive does not receive or store any AdMob data.
Children's Privacy
ConverterXCore is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no user data at all, children's data is equally protected.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
