1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Alumni Interactive, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Alumni Interactive provides business digitization, operational automation, customer retention systems, and recurring revenue architectures, including our Launch System, Growth System, and Enterprise System.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the specific system selected (e.g., one-time framework build, monthly hosting and maintenance retainers, or custom enterprise quotes). Payments must be made as specified in your individual service agreement.

4. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (e.g., 7-21 days for the Launch System) are targets based on timely communication and provision of necessary assets by the client. Delays on the client's end may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alumni Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.
